  • Three years’ experience in related role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, project management or related field is preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and comfort to work through last minute changes.

Position Qualifications

  • Apply standard project management and planning methodology to define the scope of the project, estimate time required, identify project resource needs, develop the project schedule, and distribute project information to field teams or subcontractors.

  • Manage multiple and simultaneous projects, by coordinating project work orders, project schedules, communications and documentation with field and program teams.

  • Monitor project workflow to ensure the team stays on the timeline, secure project resource commitment, identify risks involved in a project and mitigate those risks to ensure the project meets goals and expectations.

  • Provide resolution for problems by utilizing problem-solving skills, as well as offering feedback, and motivation for project teams.

  • Determine project changes and take action as needed.

Position Responsibilities

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Construction Project Planner who will responsible for preparing field teams to successfully fulfill customer projects. This task involves overseeing project work orders, schedules, communicating with customers and clients, preparing project documents and reports, and coordinating with the program team to ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
