This is a full-time salary position. The typical schedule is weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hourly range $12 -$15/hour depending on experience.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Basic software knowledge – The candidate should have a working knowledge of generally used computer software, such as Microsoft Office/Google Docs. Previous experience using a CRM is a plus, (preferably Salesforce).
Communication skills – The candidate would have to spend time communicating both with the technician crews/site managers as well as other office employees.
Typing speed/proficiency – Most of our data entry is numerical, but an ideal candidate will still be able to enter data quickly and accurately.
Attention to detail – An ideal candidate will have great attention to detail when reviewing data from our site photos. With training, they should be able to notice errors, missing information, or information that does not make sense in Salesforce.
Organization – We sometimes work at several properties, each with several projects. An ideal candidate will be able to organize themselves so that they are able to keep track of all the projects, as well as keep the photos organized.
Position Qualifications
Performing visual inspection of images captured by field technicians.
Verify the values captured in the images match the documented values previously recorded.
Organizing (segmenting) image files by date, report, or other criteria depending on the project specifications.
Logging quality assurance results to project spreadsheets.
Other related duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities
The Energy Efficiency business is in search of a qualified applicant to perform quality control for project photos taken by field technicians. This is a full-time employment position, 40 hours/week, in our Naperville, IL location. We will provide all required training and equipment.
