  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application (Sales Cloud, Service Could, Field Service).

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator / developer.

  • Salesforce Admin certified.

  • Bachelors in Technology of Computer Science required.

  • APEX and Einstein development experience a plus.

  • Service Cloud, Field Service Developer certifications preferred.

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

  • Expert understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom solutions using a combination of advanced methods. Including but not limited to the following, process builder, flow builder, apex, formula fields, workflows, and other of intermediate complexity.

  • Expert understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

  • Expert data management abilities.

  • Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

  • Experience with transactional environments, preferably service industry.

  • Experience creating visual flows (using the new Lighting Flow Builder).

  • Self-motivated and creative.

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

  • Ability to analyze case data and help identify and drive out improvement opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

Anura Energy is searching for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer / Admin. The right person will serve as the project lead managing the ongoing development of our salesforce instance. Anura energy’s Salesforce instance spans the entire life cycle of implementing complex energy efficiency projects. Our current processes are second to none in the industry when comparing our advance use of project tracking, intelligent photo recognition, and work order management cycle. Our overarching goal it to provide our clients with the highest level of service and visibility into their projects possible, by pushing the limits of technology and ingenuity of our team members.

To be successful in this role, the right person will have proven experience successfully managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously. As well as the ability to effectively manage a small team to ensure projects are moving forward towards completion.
