Position Type
Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a construction or builder-type environment.
Hands-on weatherization experience, including air sealing and blown-in cellulose insulation, preferred.
Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to design, communicate, and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Position Qualifications
Train, guide, oversee and work alongside Weatherization Technicians while performing the same duties (air sealing, duct sealing, install baffles, secure attic hatches, etc.)
Manage team tools and materials, truck inventory, job preparation, and clean up needs at the job site.
Accurately complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents, etc.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
Deliver professional, high-quality customer service.
Continuously drive improvements in quality, customer satisfaction and productivity.
