Position Type

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse/shop environment.

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift/move items that may be over 50 pounds.

  • Technical/mechanical knowledge and aptitude.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.

  • Knowledge of basic warehouse management techniques.

Position Qualifications

  • Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization

  • Assist with checking/maintaining tools & equipment

  • Assist with checking/maintaining fleet vehicles

  • Deliver parts/materials to job sites

  • Assisting with inventory control

  • Staging parts/materials for scheduled work

  • Other duties as assigned and as business dictates

Position Responsibilities

Our growing company is seeking to hire a seeking a highly organized and energetic Warehouse/Shop Steward to oversee and maintain the shop/warehouse at our Naperville, Illinois location. This role requires someone who is extremely reliable, organized, and possesses the ability to multi-task and prioritize important activities. This role requires the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, be resourceful, is self-motivated and has a can-do attitude.
